The weekend is over and i STILL lost weight! WHO HOO i survived!
I havent blogged in a few days. This weekend was crazy busy with birthday parties, halloween, candy and just business. I was worried about it that i would get off track. I weighed in this morning at 111.9!!! Wow. I even ate a few peices of candy over the weekend. The difference between this and other weekends is that i usually eat WAY to much, but i ate just a small amount and DIDNT let iteffect the rest of my days eating. I moved on and ate enough proteins and stayed within my limits. The key for me has been the protein! I dont know if i just needed it, or if it just keeps me out of the processed carbs! I have been eating my body weights worth daily and my macros have been averaging through the weekend (except that Friday !!) at:
fats have between 18-21%
carbs have been between 35-43%
protein hasbeen between 42-46%
The protein shake really helpsout!!
So thats my update. Workouts are on track as well.
todays food:
cofffee with light soy and splenda, food for life english muffin,egg beaters
4 oz turkey breast
protein shake
food forlife english muffin with natty peanut butter
(also ate 4 hershy kisses)

35% carbs
44% proein (117 grams worth)
