Saturday September 6, 2008 its a new day..

There was cookie dough left in the fridge, and i ate some chocolate chips out of it (then tossed its butt) I should have tossed it sooner, but i had just planned not to "make" them. But ended up getting into the dough. I wasnt even hungry, i was completley full. My daughter had went to sleep, my hubby was out of town, and it was just me, the tv and cookie dough. Head hunger kicked in. But i suppose better than the previous days?
All well. Lets try this again!
Breakfast:
coffee, light soy and splenda
food for life english muffin with egg beaters
about to head to the gym for cardio and back workout!
7pm:
Got in my workout and it was a good one. I never struggle with my workouts. I have gotten every single one in.
As for the food, came home from the gym and grabbed a couple of those low fat tortilla chips (like 2-3) of them.
Had to go to a baby shower and i saw a yummy fruit plate (the rest was junk: cookies, cake, meatballs, wings, cheese, etc etc WHICH i ddn’t touch!) i ate a nice plate of fruit and a few slices turkey breast (lunch meat style)
The shower was all day!
came home and had a bowl of protein plus cereal with soy (and a bite of hubbys pumpkin bread)
