Getting back in the game…
August 4, 2009Today was my first real day back in eating healthy and working out. Had been really busy, work tied me up and lots of personal and family things. But decided that I was using that excuse too long, so today I hit the weights for the first time in a few weeks.
Today was chest and tris day!
3 exercises each done 6 sets of 10 reps
Pushups, 3 angles
Dips and arm extensions
Feels great being back, realized how much I have missed it. Hoping that this blog will help me stay focused and on track, as well as give me opportunity to learn and grow from others and myself!
