Stupid tablet connection!!! I get this whole thing typed out and voila - connection lost when I hit post AUGH!!!
Slush and ice kept me from my leg day and my kickboxing grading this morning
Not impressed! Now that the plows have been by I can at least get to class tonight for some technique practise to prepare for grading on Friday now.
Paul gave me a meal plan to try for 6 weeks and it looks very do-able even by my standards! LOL I'm such a food whiner.
#1 - 1-2 whole eggs, 3 egg whites and slice of whole wheat toast
#2 - apple, handful of almonds and a banana or cup of berries OR a protein shake in place of it all
#3 - 4-6oz if chicken, 1 cup of veggies preferably green and 1/2 cup of brown rice
#4 - can of tuna and a cucumber and tomato salad with a small wrap ONLY IF I've worked out that day
#5 - 6oz lean meat and a big green salad with oil & vinegar dressing
#6 - anything green or an egg white omelet - optional
Chances are I'll be snacking on broccoli, celery, snap peas after classes since I'm starving by then. The protein shake I have post-workout is what I am going to have a really hard time giving up. I LOVE my shake!!! And I'm switching out the slice of toast in exchange for 2 slices of sprouted grain bread - it equals out in macros to one slice of whole wheat.
That's the plan for Monday to Friday and on weekends I get 2 free meals each day. Sunday morning breakfast out with hubby will always be one of them and this Saturday his boss is taking us out for sushi dinner. My fingers are crossed really tight that they have other things - I am not a big fish fan and raw fish is even less appealing!!
Anyhow I should get dressed since I've been very comfy in my housecoat and I need to go out soon! LOL
