Still clean!!! Not sure how Saturday is going to go because we're at a tournament 2 hours from home so I'm packing as best I can.
Friday was a busy busy day!!
Kickboxing for an hour in the am - great cardio and working class!! Left there and went to the gym for leg day. 3 drop sets - 12 - 10 - 8 reps 65 - 85 - 105lb BB squats 10 - 20 - 30lb seated calf raises 40 - 50 - 60lb BB front squat 150 - 200 - 250lb incline leg press 95 - 105 - 125lb standing calf raises 85 - 100 - 115lb leg extension
I bailed on the stretching and rolling and the little bit of cardio I wanted to do cause of time. Had to be at physio by 12:45pm and it was already noon when I finished.
Physio was fun - Dr Taz is evil!!! My hip feels better and my left hand and wrist feel 100% better!! i can hold a cup now!!! WAHOO!!!
Food was clean, still likely not enough so I gotta work on that but clean now 4 days I think!! Sunday will be a dinner with friends but I'm making it. I have the worst craving for meatloaf!! lol Meatloaf, white mashed tatos and food group gravy!! OH and Sami's turnip casserole thing. I'm also gonna make some nice clean pumpkin muffins for dessert. Gonna have something clean in there! lol
