2013!! It's here!! And yesterday was planned to be my last day of screwing around. Seems to be the trend I've had going on the last couple of weeks. Just get through one effing day and it'll be easier the next. And then repeat again tomorrow!! It's not that hard! Stop thinking of food as something to eat and start thinking of it as fuel for my muscles.
So far so good but I've said that before too!!
5am - scoop of BCAA and water 6:30am - scoop of chocolate protein, 2 scoops glutamend, cup of water and 1/4 cup of Kashi Go Lean Crunch and a tbsp almond butter 9:30am - 4 eggs, 1 whole, 3 white, scrambled with a packet of ketchup and 1 1/2 celery sticks and a tbsp almond butter 12:30pm - 3oz chicken, cup of cauliflower, 1/2 cup broccoli, 1/4 cup green beans, tsp butter 3:15pm - more chicken and celery 7:15pm - some sour cream rice cake mini's earlier but otherwise I'm missing a meal, steak in the microwave right now.
Did Shoulders on Monday like I was supposed to Today Chest / Biceps 2 warm up sets - 15 reps - 45lb BB bench press 4 sets - 8 reps 70lb BB bench press - 20 Ava bench crunches 25lb DB incline bench press 30lb BB pullovers - 20 leg raises on bench 30lb rope hammer curls 7.5lb incline cable flyes - 5lb Ava bench twist 50lb EZ bar curl 10 minute stretch and roll
The real reason I popped in at this time is cause I DID IT!!! I made it through work without eating CRAP!!! WAHOO!!! Day one almost done!!! Gonna eat my steak and have a tea and maybe a quick shake before bed....or just go to bed after my steak and tea cause I'm tired!!!
