Day 38 - Week 6
2 - 30 - 25lb leg extension
2 - 15 - 65lb BB ATG squats
2 - fail - 95lb BB ATG squats - fail at 10 and 10
4 - 8 - 180lb incline leg press
3 - 20 - 10lb DB lunges - finding these are still done with bad form so I did one set, 1 set of single leg lunges and 1 set of standing lunges
3 - 10 - 30lb BB bench steps
2 - 20 - bw standing calf raises
1 - fail - bw standing calf raises - fail at 28
3 - 15 - 40lb DB plie squat
2 - 20 - 50lb incline leg press calf press
1 - fail - 50lb incline leg press calf press - fail at 28
10 minute stretch and roll
At work aiming for clean. Had a bite of my son's birthday cupcake and yesterday I had 2 of them so I'm done! Just finished chicken and the last of the apple quinoa breakfast casserole. Had eggs for breakfast and my shake after my workout.
Lunch time - sweet tato, flank steak and celery with hummus
Snack - chicken and salad and some almonds
I completely forgot to mention how sore my armpits are!! lol Seems chest day was rather productive afterall! My legs are feeling tired so I'm a little bit worried about getting up tomorrow morning! It's arm / abs day and jiu-jitsu at night but that doesn't mean walking won't hurt!
And one final note, I'm very proud of my Beast Chaz!! It's his 14th birthday today and it's Take Your Kid To Work day too so he came to work with me this morning. He worked counter better than staff I've had for months!! He got the register figured out, he was polite, spoke loud enough for customers to hear, picked up dishes, etc. He did GREAT!!! And my staff was fantastic - they even split him in on tips! He only did half the day, he's spending the other half teaching the home schoolers with Sensei Mike at the studio. Hard to believe he was such a handful as an infant and child to what he has grown into!! Happy Birthday Chaz!!!
