Well, I have not really done this before so I quess I had better start somewhere. Today was Legs day and Squats went pretty good. Still having a hard time not squatting really heavy, like I did when I was still competing, but trying to maintain the endurance for running and get size back into my legs. Also went with some walking lunges today and I really like these b/c they seem to really burn deep just above the knee. The rest of my workout went well but really had to force myself to complete my cardio after the workout. Really having issues on not knowing exactly what supplements to start taking to reach my goals. I know that I want to loose some bodyfat and slim down but I am also wanting to gain some muscle mass and get more size. One of the biggest issues that I have is being deployed to Iraq at this time and the food, gym, and quality sleep time. Not to mention that the availability of supplements here are slim to none. Of course I can order them from online stores (BodyBuilding.com) but not real sure on what to order or take.
