help

i am starting my bodybuilding program as of a month ago if anybody has any helpful hints for a guy starting over from ground zero agian i am all ears

    Research, proper diet and water are my suggestions for starting out.

    Research: There is so much information on bodybuilding.com as far what exercises work certain muscle groups. It might be a good idea to start with some easy compound excercies. Be sure to use proper form too!
    Diet: Start keeping track of how much protien, carbs and fats you are taking in. Remember you should take in 1.5 times your bodyweight in protein for gaining muscle
    Water: Can never stress enough how important water is to your muscles - it will help all the protein (and supplements if you take any) get to your muscles and build them up.

    I refer everyone thats just starting out to this program. I know it works I’ve had 2 friends that have tried it and made great gains. it crosses over to 5×5 very smooth. http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=998224
