It's 4:47 in the A.M. and it's time to hit Cardio, So I'll have to hold off on my Post. I'll let you all know what's going on with my wee bit O' drama tonight or in the morn. I think I like to write most in the morning, when I'm fresh and not drained from the day. Good heavy lifts all this week, Big Leg day today. Ok, I'd better get it, or the time will fly by and I would have lost that time that I can never get back. Talk to you Soon... Love V
