Gym Therapy

Going to the gym is physical and mental therapy.  Working out is a perfect way to unleash your aggression and put it to work.  It also helps you do your mental work all through out the day.  If i work out in the morning, it keeps me pumped all throughout the day.  If i work out at night, i have something to look forward to all day.  Either way it is essential.
