Commentary
Strange workout. The nerve issue didn’t seem to bug me today, I felt "even" in my strength.

The bench presses felt stupidly heavy, even though the reps were easy. The bar just "felt heavy". Dips, on the other hand, felt easy, even though I did them very slowly.

Conversely, the rows were stupid easy, and the pullups were STUPIDLY HARD. Ugh. I hate being injured, and I hate missing workouts.

Diet was tolerable today. Ate small amounts frequently. By the end of the week, I will be full-scale TCD.

Tomorrow I’m going to do some rehab lower body stuff in the hopes that my lower back will stop acting up.
