Hello All, this is my fourth week of starting my program and I’m very excited. At this point I have lost 11 lbs. my ultimate goal is to lose 30. As each week goes by I’m getting nervous that I may not reach my goal, but I’m still following my clean diet/exercise program. SO KEEP watch so I can stay motivated…..

11 lbs. is alot of weight!!! keep at it your doing great!!! how is your training going for your 5k? Flores1

11 lbs in 4 weeks, that’s really good. Stay motivated and you will be at your goal before you know it.

Thanks for the support, still working at it. Training for the 5k is going slow…working really hard to get the weight off….I don’t feel the 3.2 miles will be a huge problem.
