Week 5 on my plan
Sunday, June 15th, 2008Well, this is week 5 and I have lost 11 lbs. I’m hoping to pull some big numbers in the next two weeks. Focus on having a clean diet, great workouts along with intense cardio at least 4 days a week. So stay tune…hoping I can post some big numbers for you all..Have a great workout/clean eating plan this week.
