Well, this is week 5 and I have lost 11 lbs. I’m hoping to pull some big numbers in the next two weeks. Focus on having a clean diet, great workouts along with intense cardio at least 4 days a week. So stay tune…hoping I can post some big numbers for you all..Have a great workout/clean eating plan this week.

Hello All, this is my fourth week of starting my program and I’m very excited. At this point I have lost 11 lbs. my ultimate goal is to lose 30. As each week goes by I’m getting nervous that I may not reach my goal, but I’m still following my clean diet/exercise program. SO KEEP watch so I can stay motivated…..
