Well its my time to really KICK it up!! NO BAD FOOD… NO BINGE EATING!! I have really gotton off track and I really have to loose the 5 pounds I gained over the last few months… I will post NEW pics soon … I am REALLY embarressed about the way I look my thighs look not SO good… SO its time to kick it up and think TRAIN think MUSCLE!! I wish I could look like these girls on this site … I want it so bad to look like I train hard …

I always feel out of control at the end of the month…food,bloated,very GROUCHY, ect…ladies if you know of something please let me know..I am still working on my 3 month goal to gain muscle and have a really tight ASS!! LOL!

Just wanted to say its been a really good day today I ran…weight lifted and played tennis….I did take the Hydroxy hardcore and it kinda made me a little paranoid….but I didn’t feel that hungry and I had alot of energy… so I think I will just take one in the morning before breakfast…that way I can sleep at night

Hi out there does anyone have any suggestions about leg workouts? I did mine on Tuesday and I can barley walk …When should I do legs again? And should I go lighter on the weights? Anyways I am off to soaking my ass in epson salt

Well, I posted one of my modeling pictures and it helps me to go out and really hit it hard at the gym….I really want to look like I am a fitness model (and I so dont yet)…so its off to the gym right now on my bike and its all about legs today :0) I miss my husband he is my hero and my insperation..he keeps me on track with my goals…so its by myself today at the gym…and cardio kick boxing tonight…thank you to all the members leaving me positive feedback..it keeps me motivated.
