Made it to 6 weeks
Monday, August 27th, 2007I did it! I made it thru 6 weeks of working out and eating healthier. I’m well on my way to a better lifestyle!! During my 6 weeks, i’ve been in the gym anywhere from 5-7 days a week doing cardio and strength training. I’ve lost right under 11 lbs! Which is more than my goal!!
I finally got the courage to post up some transformation pics as well. Now I just need to set a new goal to meet.
Thank you to everyone who has gave me such kind words and encouragement. I really do appreciate it.
