End of the bet
I lost 12lbs in 17 days. I weighed in at 205 this morning. Now my goal is to maintain my weght while trying to build muscle at the same time. The diet is going ok. I think I can make it. I just need to stay motivated. I am going out to eat tonight with friends, but instead of going some place I like we are getting Indian food. I hate indian food, so I imagine I will eat less.
