Frustration
Wednesday, November 28th, 2007I am working out 3 days a week doing the 5×5 program. I am maintaining a weightlifting styled diet with carbs early in the day, lots of protein, and very little sugar. I understand building muscle makes you gain weight, but I wish I could find a better balance to meat my goals. I am also doing cardio once per day approx. 30 minutes every otherday 3-4 days per week.
