Frustration

I am working out 3 days a week doing the 5×5 program. I am maintaining a weightlifting styled diet with carbs early in the day, lots of protein, and very little sugar. I understand building muscle makes you gain weight, but I wish I could find a better balance to meat my goals. I am also doing cardio once per day approx. 30 minutes every otherday 3-4 days per week.

I like the layout of this site. It is a good tool to help me stay focused. When I started the site I weighed 210, but four months ago I weighed 230lbs (104.5 kilos) last night I weighed 207lbs (94.5 kilos). I have lost approximately 10% of my entire body weight. I think most of that is fat since my the max on all of my lifts is increasing. Well thats it for today heading to the gym to set a new squat max.
