lost 2lbs which is not bad for the first week of my new cardio plan a little sore but im going to stick with it i knw i will get better

starting monday im going to change up my cardio workout tell me what you think
mon- long runs 5miles or more.
tues. elliptical machine no lower than level 12 for 45 mins
weds- 2 miles timed
thurs. stair master- no lower than level 5 for 40 mins
fri.- 3miles
sat- elliptical machine at level 12 for 60mins

Today I looked in the mirror and seen that I havent been working out and doing as much cardio as i thought while Im making gains in strength i still dont see much defination in me so now i will increase my cardio and limit my rest time between sets
