I still need to put more spunk into my cardio as i do my weight lifting. Today was a run day but i didnt run as far as i wanted i allowed myself to mentally take myself out of the run does anyone have any tips on how to improve my mental part of the run.

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Today I did my shoulder workout i did some burn outs after my regular workout Im trying to get to the weight where i can do the first set of four ok then have to push to get to 10 on sets 2-3 but Iam afraid of lifting to heavy and getting bigger i need muscle cause i have read that building muscle plus cardio is the best way to get into shape but the so called experts at my unit say that i shouldnt lift at all and do nothing but cardio any advise on this
