today is the start of week 2 of my transformation. I felt good doing my back workout and could tell i was getting stronger. I still need to put more spunk into my cardio as i do my weight lifting. Today was a run day but i didnt run as far as i wanted i allowed myself to mentally take myself out of the run does anyone have any tips on how to improve my mental part of the run.

Today is my rest day and much needed. Im so sore i can hardly walk and need to plan my diet for the week and prepare my workout journal I find it easier to write it a week out with the changes so that i stick to it.

went to the pool today to do my cardio i run from the shallow end till i cant reach the bottom then swim to the deep end and back then run again when i run i work on brining my knees as high as i can on the way out and on the way back i work on my hamestrings by trying to kick my legs back i did this for 1,000 yards not bad for my first swim day

Today I did my shoulder workout i did some burn outs after my regular workout Im trying to get to the weight where i can do the first set of four ok then have to push to get to 10 on sets 2-3 but Iam afraid of lifting to heavy and getting bigger i need muscle cause i have read that building muscle plus cardio is the best way to get into shape but the so called experts at my unit say that i shouldnt lift at all and do nothing but cardio any advise on this

anyone have any way to help eat clean and stop the cravings i do good for two days then start to get cravings and then eat unhealthy and then wonder why i do it

just had liposuction done two days ago does anyone have any suggestions on how to recover quickly so that i can get back to doing cardio and the gym. I’m at the end of my luck with weight loss it has messed me up my whole career and trying to do what i can to save it

You would think that dieting here in iraq would be easy but its hard as heck Iam on a small base and there is nothing but cookies snacks hardly anything healthy to eat here so i try to watch what i eat and try to avoid staying to long in temptation island lol or better known as the chow hall lol
