May 21, 2008You would think that dieting here in iraq would be easy but its hard as heck Iam on a small base and there is nothing but cookies snacks hardly anything healthy to eat here so i try to watch what i eat and try to avoid staying to long in temptation island lol or better known as the chow hall lol

April 14, 2008lost 2lbs which is not bad for the first week of my new cardio plan a little sore but im going to stick with it i knw i will get better
New workout
April 12, 2008starting monday im going to change up my cardio workout tell me what you think
mon- long runs 5miles or more.
tues. elliptical machine no lower than level 12 for 45 mins
weds- 2 miles timed
thurs. stair master- no lower than level 5 for 40 mins
fri.- 3miles
sat- elliptical machine at level 12 for 60mins
Day ONE The hardest day
March 31, 2008Today I looked in the mirror and seen that I havent been working out and doing as much cardio as i thought while Im making gains in strength i still dont see much defination in me so now i will increase my cardio and limit my rest time between sets
