					<description>LOL!  Guess I didn't get that memo.  I normally do legs and abs or legs/shoulders on Monday!  

But last week I overdid it on legs (hit them 2x, once on Monday and again on Saturday, so I'd better follow suit and do chest/triceps today instead!!

On the other hand, if everyone does chest on Monday, wouldn't it would be better to do something else so you don't have to work in or wait for everyone else to finish the set?

I like front squats also.  As for hack squats...you don't see many people doing barbell hack squats especially at my gym.

I'm right there with you about being drained.  I leave everything in the gym after legs.  There is nothing left when I go home.  All I want to do is get a nice meal in and sleep.
