I like front squats also.  As for hack squats...you don't see many people doing barbell hack squats especially at my gym.

I'm right there with you about being drained.  I leave everything in the gym after legs.  There is nothing left when I go home.  All I want to do is get a nice meal in and sleep.

					<description>Nice work!  Leg day is the day that really defines who you are.  I'm always drained after legs.  And yes, hack sqauts are awesome.  I used to do those before my gym had a cage.  Have you tried front squats yet?  They really hit the quads as well.  Keep it up!</description>
