Hey wait a minute…cardio isn’t that bad.
I am actually starting to like doing cardio. I have been doing 15-25 (whatever I can fit in after lifting) minutes on the elliptical and it isn’t all that bad.
I hate running at this weight because it is hard on my knees and shins. After I drop some fat perhaps that will change.
In any event, the tips I have been getting from other bodyspace members has been great and keeps me motivated. Thanks guys!

How about walking? Do you have a Nautilus treadclimber in your gym? It is a bit different from a regular treadmill in that there are separate treads for each foot. The treads move up and down independent of each other which makes it challenging. It is a great cardio workout but also works your core/abs, too. You don’t run on it you walk. Give it a try if you like the elliptical you may enjoy the treadclimber, too.

Thanks for the tips guys. I am new to the whole idea of doing cardio after training.
I do paddle (dragonboat - 20 person canoe) 3-5 miles three times a week during season which is from December to May. That is DEFINITELY a workout.
Fitnessprincess,
My gym doesn’t have a treadclimber that I am aware of. However, I may be switching gyms and will have to give that a shot.
Bella,
Thanks for the encouragement. I need to get some pics up to show the progress I have made thus far. I am surprised at what I have accomplished in two weeks with diet, Lipo6, and cardio.
