		<description><![CDATA[Well, looks like I&#8217;m going on to round 2 of re-start!!! Who would have thought that I&#8217;d just fall off the wagon again and again and again&#8230;it&#8217;s not a good thing!!!

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Well, looks like I&#8217;m going on to round 2 of re-start!!! Who would have thought that I&#8217;d just fall off the wagon again and again and again&#8230;it&#8217;s not a good thing!!!</p>
<p>In the last year, I&#8217;ve had times where I&#8217;ve dropped around 13lbs but then it just creeps back on because I don&#8217;t stick with anything.</p>
<p>I do have one reason for this. It&#8217;s mainly because of a proper diagnosis of Chronic Urticaria. They&#8217;re also pondering it being autoimmune connected. I don&#8217;t really know too much about it because I have no health insurance and am unable to get the final tests to determine exactly what&#8217;s going on. But I do know how to conteract what&#8217;s going on my body most days. There are some days that I&#8217;m just a mess! It&#8217;ll attack my joints and make me break out in a mess of hives&#8230;oi&#8230;.</p>
<p>So, on this note&#8230;I&#8217;m starting alllllllll over again&#8230;.lets see if I can stick with it this time!!!

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Okay&#8230;so I&#8217;m back in this!!!  This time for the long run (I hope).  I, unfortunately, got stuck with some fairly serious health issues.  They still haven&#8217;t figured out what&#8217;s wrong with me but I&#8217;ve learned to deal with them and figured out a good way to make myself feel good!!!  I saw 5 different doctors and they were exploring everything from allergic reactions to rhuematoid arthritis.  Buuuttt&#8230;nothing.  So I don&#8217;t know!</p>
<p>Anyway, I&#8217;m really ready to jump head on!!!  I&#8217;ve recently moved into my own house..living alone. So, I&#8217;m definitely ready to commit!!!!

<p>I think this is going to throw a wrench into my workouts this week.  It always takes me a few days once the headaches subside to get back to the normal me&#8230;We&#8217;ll see how I roll this time.  I&#8217;m gonna do my best to find things that won&#8217;t kill me that I can do to keep my progress going!
