Reached a Goal!!!
Wednesday, June 4th, 2008I was 200.0 this morning on the scale. I had been hovering between 200 and 201 for the last week and finally hit it. Phew. I’m going to take a little break from the diet now (a few weeks) and then back to it. At my lower weight and bodyfat, I am thinking that over the next several months, instead of 1 lb per week, something more like 2/3 lb per week is more appropriate. I would like to hit 180 by the end of the year. That’s 20 lbs in 30 weeks.
Tonight my wife and I are going to celebrate and I get a cheat meal.
