2 weeks out from another shoot!

Happy Easter!

I just wanted to write a quick update :) I have been training HARD — and even have added double cardio on a few days — Man — that sure does wear you out! :)   I have been really lifting my back and shoulders heavy to try and gain some mass, but I think now that I am leaning out a bit that my mass is good :)   I just now have to focus on leaning out my legs good!  Any suggestions on leaning out legs that seem to come in slow would be helpful :)   So far, I have tried to incorporate some light weight lifting with heavy reps and some sprints and plenty of cardio :)
