The most exhausting day of my life!! u gotta read this!24 hrs of hell

Okay some of it is self inflicted so im not looking for sympathy.

05:30 woke up at a good healthy breakfast. off to the gym . 1 1/4 hrs on the stair machine 447 flights of stairs 1300 calories.

09:00 started work at the firestation ran a couple EMS calls. Back to the gym @

17:00 crushed legs. superset dead lifts with weighted jump ups 36 inch elevation.= exhausted.

18:30 eat a good dinner protien creatine. shower.

19:15  drill time = 4 man quick attack with PPV 500 feet of hose in bunker gear and tank air for 35 minutes. Tired is coming to mind.

21:00 ran an intense medic call with a 7 week old who needed quick interventions.. great call with a good outcome!! wooohoo!!

23:30 2 alarm commercial structure fire .Dairy quenn fully involved. First unit in !! I end up the nozzle man 1st in. HEAVY SMOKE and HOT AS HELL!! full gear on tank air. 23:45 got the hell out of the building. went to defensive attack.

spent the next 6 hours batteling a 1 3/4 hand line to help contain the massive blaze.

sleep? = 0

05:30 medic call for our fire marshall who started feeling ill after the fire.. Back to the hospital.

11:00 I finally found a bed.. thank god!

total calories burned in 30 hrs about 12,000 to 15,000

TOUGH DAY!!

I hated my workout today. I usually get pupmed up for arm day, but i worked a 24 hr shift, got off at 0900 and due to the nature of a emergency call i ran, my attitude sucked!! i tell everyone to stay positive, but I need to look in the mirror today!! i am goin back to the gym and tearin sompthing up!!!!see ya
