New update,
It's my first day of my grueling week of just cardio before I start weight training. After my run I decided to step on the scale and to my disbelief I saw 201lbs. I am now 1lb away from my long-time goal of 200lbs.
It's hard to believe that November of 07 I was weigned in at 291, to this day I've now lost 90lbs with 1lb to go. It's been a good change, a lifestyle change. I've decided that I don't want to lift for material objects, and women - I want to do this for the lifestyle, the dedication. I've come to realise that women, material objects, ect, will come and go in my life and this is something that I can do to be me, something I can do to keep me whole.

I can't wait to see the changes that happen with me in the next month, let alone 5 years.
It's been a couple of days since I posted, and I figured it's about time. I've started my diet about a month ago, and my cut about a week ago, I decided to check myself out in the mirror this morning and realized I'm starting to get ripped. I used to weigh 291lbs a year and a half ago, when I saw myself in the mirror I was just in shock in what I've done in the past 1 1/2 years. It's been an incredible journey.
I'm starting to weight train on April 8th, 09 - I'm looking forward to this, it's going to be the start of my bodybuilding life! I can't wait to see the changes within the first month. I'll also be posting pictures, very, very soon!.
I've decided that I'm enjoy this blog that I'm going to try and keep it updated daily, as-well as my workout journal. It's something that's keeping me motivated, which I am struggling to do.
I have officially started my very first cut today, it's going pretty good. I'll admit that I don't like the taste of the sodium free cottage cheese, but it's just something I have to get used to, right?. I'm very close to my goals - I have to just keep up the attitude I have while I'm falling asleep and half conscious.
That should be all for today, hopefully more to come.
I've just went grocery shopping for my brand new diet, it looks super'b'!. I'm going to be eating a like a horse, running like a horse, and lifting like a horse. "Nayyy!".
It's going to be exciting to see my results over the next month, see how much I can push myself to lose body fat% while losing lbs and throwing on some major muscle.
Only time will tell!
Just starting
Over the past year I've lost 80 lbs. I plateaued at 230 from October 08 - February 09. I've lost 20lbs in the last month, due to excessive Hot Yoga and Cardio.
Now that I'm close to my goal of 200lbs, I'm going to start training with my trainer starting Monday, March 6th 09. Lifting some heavy weights, starting my cut and dropping down to around 190+ lbs with 8-10% body fat to go backpacking around Europe. My first stop will be in Lisbon, Portugal and I want to hit the beach for a good week and look amazing!.
I'll try and keep this updated weekly if anyone decides to read it, I thank them.
