Blog Entry

I need some help. I just can’t seem to  get myself motivated to get my butt in gear and get to the gym. What does everyone else do when they seem to get in a slump? If I could just get in the gym the rest would fall in place. Help, I need advice, ASAP

    What worked for me won’t work for you so I don’t have much advice to give. I could say cut a picture out of a magazine of that super hot bod you want to look like. Cut out your face from one of your own pictures and paste it in. That might give you motivation or stand on the scale and take a picture of the number than tape it to the fridge.

    Well, you just took the biggest step. If you start posting progress pics on this site, it will go along way to motivate. Everytime you don’t feel like working out, log on to your profile and look at your before pic. Also, I notice that if I use an N.O. supplement about 45 minutes before my intended workout time, I am far less likely to sink back into that lethargic feeling. N.O. Xplode from BSN is my favorite and I’ve tried quite a few. Hope that helps. Take care and feel free to drop me a line with any questions.

    Hey stranger. I know what you mean but every time I get like that the first thing I do in the morning is get right in gym clothes and head to the door.The rest of the day turns out to be an awesome day.
