I need some help. I just can’t seem to get myself motivated to get my butt in gear and get to the gym. What does everyone else do when they seem to get in a slump? If I could just get in the gym the rest would fall in place. Help, I need advice, ASAP

For any one new to working out or needing a new program to follow, you need to check out the 12 week fitness program that is listed in Muscle and fitness for men (Feb 08 issue) It is pretty awsome, and there is no guess work. It is very complete in giving you all the info needed. I will be following the program myself after I take of 10 pounds of fat. I will post pictures and tell you how it was when I have completed it. Wish me luck, in sticking with it.

I have heard alot of good stuff about the benefits creatine does for men. But when I recently asked a friend about taking it myself she said it isn’t good for women? But what harm would it cause? I am very new to all of the supplements, but need something to help me push through a hard workout. Any hints and or tips would be great.

Ok since I am here with all you fitness people, can anyone tell me why I get leg cramps so bad when I take water pills, or do a lot of extreme cardio? I drink about 2 gallons of water a day on average. I have tryed eating banannas, and drinking club soda for the quinine(not sure if i am spelling that right) but does anyone have any other tips?
