Car accident postpones my next competition
August 22, 2008So, I was in an accident on 8/9/08 were the lady backed into my car, and is now trying to commit insurance fraud by saying I rear ended her!
I was behind this woman "Gloria" at a stop sign at 66th street & Main, she pulled out onto Main Street and almost T-boned an oncoming SUV that was driving in the inner lane. She then panicked & threw her car into reverse. By that time I had started moving towards the stop sign. I saw that she had put her car in reverse and stopped my car and started honking, but she gunned it in reverse and hit my car.
At the time I didn’t have any injuries, except my neck was slightly sore, then over the day I developed a pretty bad headache. After 12 days of a major headache & dizziness, it has finally started to subside. However, because of Gloria’s horrible driving skills, I had to drop out of my competition and I’ve missed several days of work, which has put me so far behind.
Now this Bitch is saying I rear ended her and she has come up with some witness. And when I say "come up", they are people that she recruited to lie for her. Thankfully, their statements haven’t been creditable. In any case, what a horrible person this is to take advantage of someone like this just to get a few extra dollars in her pocket, I wish she’d go to jail for this, what a scum bag.
Funny thing is my friend lives next door to her, and Gloria was bragging about all the accidents she’s been in lately and how she backed into two different cars within 10 minutes of each other. She also gave a statement to my husband at the scene, because I called him down and she told him she backed into me. However, the insurance company won’t take his statement since he’s my husband, but I’m sure if we go to court they will and I definitely want to sue this bitch.
I normally don’t talk this way, but I’m so angry at this person who seemed good and honest and turns out to be this low life lying fake ass bitch.
