Trudging thru snow has to burn extra calories? Right?
Monday, January 12th, 2009I loathe snow, and we got a lot of last night. So I’ve been telling myself that I’m burning extra calories has I trudge thru it.
This weekend I had the flu, the kind where you’re freezing and the toliet is your best friend, where you feel like you have a hangover only you weren’t drinking last night? Know what I mean.
I felt better today so I worked out, did my fasted cardio this morning
30min HIIT on rbike
And later I did:
10min wu on ellpictical
circuits
clean & Jerk
42×8x3
inverted pullups
8×3
upright rows
50×8x3
shoulder press
20×8x3
Pendley rows
60×8x3
inverted chinups
8×3
seated rows
90×8x3
military press
15×8x3
10min cooldown on ellpictical.
Then off trudging thru the dreaded white stuff and I found a movie I’ve been trying to find: The Descent. I was so excited I didn’t want to order it online and pay shipping etc. So now I can clean it off my dvr.
I’ve noticed I’m a sweating machine today, not sure if that’s the flu still or the hydroxycut, hopefully some fat is leaving in the sweat.
