My little guy has cubscout daycamp, which requires Big Momma to go with him, starts tommorow, so I’ll be up nice and early getting my workout in prior to daycamp.
Today was just cardio: 20min sweaty HIIT
20min ss cardio in my fat suit on my treadmill
Had to get everything done today that I usually have all week for, but I found time for the pool. Fat always looks nicer tan. Also got to wear my new string bikini, it will take some getting use to.
Past couple days I’ve been dealing with a skunk who is eating my cat’s food and has no fear of me. Its coming out at twilight, still light out. Yesterday I didn’t get the food in time but my cat scared it away without getting sprayed. I just kept thinking, Oh no I’m going to have to bathe her in skunk away and cats so love getting baths.

It seems that either I was going out late at night and attacking people for their iron rich blood or something kicked in my system. So if you’re in OHio and heard about late night apparent vampire attacks it was probably me, sleepstalking.I’m not anemic, in 6 weeks times my iron level has went from a 6 to a 12.4. And I must admit I was not diligent with my iron pills. Suppose to take 2 a day, and most days if I remembered it was one.
I’m strange, is what my doctor said. She’d never seen anyone have such low iron jump so quick and the patient not be dilligent with the iron pills, oh well, I’m just glad its up, unfortunately I have to go back in 3 months to check it again.
Today was leg day, and I was not loving the idea of working out, evil Kermane tried to talk sweet(yes I do have a sweet side) Kermane from working out, but sweet Kermane beat the crap out of her. ROFL

Today was baseball practice and all our practicing hitting has paid off, now on to catching and throwing, which means I need to learn how to be a better catcher too because well I suck(vampire pun attended) at it.
Tommorow we have a game and another on Saturday. We were supposed to campout on Saturday with CubScouts but that was just cancelled and it was actually suppose to be warm, none of my whining about being cold.

This is my jam. Keep me partying til the a.m. That was the song playing Friday night when I went to watch midget wrestling(this is how the advertised it), as a former chippendales little person wrestler came out and shook his ass and let me say there were some women who had to be physically removed off the poor guy. And no I was not one of them.
Oh the things you notice when you yourself are not intoxicated and there were numerous intoxicated women there. They had one guy they billed as the worlds tallest midget(little person, trying to be politically correct), 4′6", 280lbs who performed something called a stinkface on other wrestlers, lets just say his ass got close and personal with their faces.
I had fun and didn’t have to be drunk either. Now if chippendale dancers were there, I’d probably got a little tipsy, lol.
I stay away from the computer on the weekends, and yesterday I couldn’t get on bb.com, Saturday was baseball and we camped out. And lets just say I was grumpy ass. I do not, do not like being cold so I was grumpy we were camping out in it, but I did it. About 1230am our air mattress deflated and my hubby and my back didn’t care for the feel of the hard ground against them so we loaded the rugrat up and came inside, we were camping in our backyard.
Yesterday was just cardio: 20min HIIT, 4min wu, 4min cooldown, 30sec hard, 30sec recovery, on rbike
20min hills steady state on treadmill.
Today will be legs, not sure yet, getting ready to hit them, might do the massive rep thing, might not, I’m a woman we change our minds all the time.

sprints! going to do my best to do them 3 to 5 times a week. Figure they should help burn the fat that clings to my lower body, no problemo. Yesterday it was like 70, today a high of 45, thus my shoulder is hurting like a b**ch today. I see anti inflammatories in my future.
But since I’m a determined sort of person I still worked my chest out today and rocked it even with my bursitis flaring like an old womans.
First thing today I did 20min fasted sprint intervals on my treadmill.
Later I did a 6min wu of pounding on Bob, with some jumping jacks mixed in.
Then because I’m in a fat burning kinda mood I did circuits with a 20 sec rest in between sets since I was lifting heavier.

Later I did 30min jogging on my treadmill. Running bores me, I’m a clock watcher, I watch the timer like I use to watch the clock in high school longing for my freedom. Maybe if I rigged a zapper behind my treadmill and when I start lagging it reaches out and zaps me, maybe then I won’t mind running.
Ok I know the Biggest Loser is about changing lives, and it shouldn’t be about the money, but come on that’s alot of money. Any how the contestants this year haven’t got a clue about how to win that money. Started when that Aubrey chick didn’t stick with her sister and Dane to vote off one of the others. Uh hello, the other 3 are going to vote you off, they’re thinking about the money. Then the big hissy fit the cousins had. Uh hello, you’re adults, you acted like children on your outing, uh hello you’re adults and guess what you will not have a trainer at home patting your hand and telling you how much they love you.
Of course Bob let them work out with him, I would’ve said "Uh hello you’re adults, you need to go talk it out with your team and not act like children" Did he do that? Uh no.
You can just tell who will do well in the real world and who will not on that show. Can you tell I’m loopy today? Not enough caffeine. Was reading up on blood types and supposedly caffeine is bad for part of my blood type but great for the other. AB. Uh I’m going with the great for the other.
I’m sure my family would agree that Kermane without her caffeine is not pleasant to be around. Today was that kinda day, that with my hydroxycut and Noexplode and man I was the energizer bunny today. If you were here I’d probably talk your ear off, that’s how perky I’m feeling right now.

Cruising the infommercials. That was me this morning. I’d dvr’d a channel trying to find my friends, alas it didn’t air when she thought it would. It just came out, its called Slim Chick Solution, if you’re a woman check out the website, you might just find the plan you’ve been looking for.
Anyhow enough tooting my friends horn. I saw BeachBody had a new one by Tony Horton, he does P90x(I love that program!) 10minute training. I resisted the urge to buy it, lol. Saw infommercials for steaming mops, and food processors. BAck when I could get up uber early on a regular basis(think before my basement got cold from winter and felt like 30 degrees) I was an infommercial junkie, loved watching them, alas there is hardly anything titilating on at 430am so its either them or some local praying shows and well praying shows wouldn’t motivate me to do my cardio, thus the infommercials
Yesterday ended up being a rest day besides cleaning the house and laundry because 1: I went with my Dad to his doctor’s appointment(thus 2 hours of my life sitting in a waiting room) and 2: I worked on trying to find a program that does everything my hubby wants for work, alas that was a bust and he’s picked one of the first 2 I recommended to him.
So today I did my chest/tri workout and cardio.

I hit GNC up today for something to help next month when my monthly friend arrives, otherwise known as Kermane bloats up anywhere from 5 to 9 pounds. Its lovely being a woman sometimes, yes i know its water weight and temporary but I hate feeling like Mrs. Puff from Spongebob. The guy who works there is doing a show next weekend in Kentucky. I could tell he bodybuilded, and darn if he isn’t a cute kid with his braces, he’s maybe 20 if he’s that old.
I could never do a show, I think I would go insane the final 2 weeks on the diet, I’d be the person you’d read about or hear about on the news "WOMAN IS ON TOP OF THE BELL TOWER WITH A RIFLE SHOOTING AT PEOPLE, KEEPS YELLING SHE WANTS SOME CHEESE!"
Thus for everyone’s safety it is probably best I dont, lol.

Not my usual try and kill myself workout, still got the head congestion and darn ringing in my ears. Maybe I have a cell phone implanted in my brain and thus the ringing, whatever it is its annoying
Last night was chaos at my childs wrestling practice. I wanted to discipline other peoples children because they weren’t doing it, too busy texting, reading, yakking not watching their kiddos thus the acting out, bulliness, lazyiness, stupidity you name it. But alas I kept my hands to myself and seethed.
Today I worked the legs and did some cardio

Tonight we hook up with the accountant dude who will hopefully say Uncle Sam owes us money and not the other way around. So I’m hoping for awesome news from him.

Its leaving Ohio that’s for sure. Winds that knocked down powerlines, went from 54 to 32 in like an hour it seems. I know its still February, but darn when you have several days of 60 degree weather you start thinking spring is coming, then wham!
busy, busy day. Big thing today was cleaning my turtles’ tank. Wonder how many calories I burn doing that, it takes like an hour, have to burn something.

Bah! People assume I must love it because I eat it everyday. No I do not love it. Its smelly and its plain but its full of protein and good for my body and my goals therefore I eat.
Yes I’d rather be eating me some garlic bread just dripping with cheese. And yes those french fries you’re scarfing down from McD’s smell heavenly but no thanks, I do not want any. A moment on the lips a lifetime on the hips I chant to myself.
I eat healthy because I plan on being around for a long, long time. I want to be mobile, and damn sexy too while I’m at it and something tells me that between the tuna or the french fries, the tuna is far better for those goals.
Yes I do crave some "bad" food. I’m not a saint, I’m human, I have nasty vile thoughts not only about food but about other humans, I just don’t always act on them. Yes I do succumb now and then because note above I said I’m not a saint.
So I eat veggies, fruit, lean proteins, I drink water while watching people around me chugging on McD’s sweet tea(something tells me there is probably more sugar in the tea then in a soda from there) and I silently chant "I will look smokin hot at the pool this summer. I will make women younger than me wish they looked as good as me. I will be able to swim and play with my kiddo and not worry if my ass is looking like crap in my suit. I will be in somebody’s dream tonight after they see me in my swimsuit"
It works for me. MOtivates me to eat the tuna, egg whites, drink the water and workout everyday. Just look in you and see what motivates you.
Today was just cardio: 30min HIIT on treadmill with running sprints(I loathe running)
60min ss cardio on treadmil: walking, jogging, repeat, hills, no hills repeat.
Tommorow is leg day. I must get them looking HOT for the summer, supposedly it will be 50 degrees all weekend here.

or full of stuff to make you addicted. I’ve done really well this past holiday season avoiding them. You know those little reeses holiday shapes, pumpkins for Halloween, trees for Christmas, hearts for Valentines, eggs for Easter. They probably laugh hysterically as they pump them full of the secret addictive agent at the factory.
I’m quite funny, I literally run by a display. You can get a whiff of them because that triggers something in your brain to buy them, I’m telling you run and hold your breath, I’ve watched strong men and women succumb to the little buggers.
Anyhow just my ramblings for the day I did workout, though I’m stoned again and I haven’t had any cold meds, just my cold hanging on for dear life. Feeling a little bit like Spicolli today from Fast Times at Ridgemont High:
Brad Hamilton: Why don’t you get a job Spicoli?

That was me on Saturday. My body said "Take a rest, sleep you dumbass" and lo and behold I listened. I took a nap, a long nap Saturday and went to bed at 9pm to boot that night, so no workout.
Sunday normal off day. My cold had tried settling in my back over the weekend I think the rest helped, I can move around now and not feel like an old lady.
Today I worked out and did back/bis but took it lighter weights since my back is tender from my cold. I’ve got a slight curve in my spine and sometimes colds like to settle there, its right where my V taper ends so I was not a happy camper pain wise this weekend.

Everythings going good with the hydroxycut no problems there, hard to believe over a month into the contest already.
