My legs hate me today
I woke up today with DOMS in them and was surprised, usually if I get DOMS its usually 2 days after a workout. Last time I lifted with legs was Tuesday so why oh why were they sore today???
The crazy intervals I’ve done the past 2 days on the treadmill. 2min hard run, 1min recovery that is why they are sore today, so I gave them a break from those intervals but I still punished them with lifting.

Followed w/30 minutes of ss cardio on the rbike to loosen up the legs, level 4 resistance
Beautiful here, so my yard and I have a date, mowing it that is, still a little cool, only 64 for laying out and I so outgrew that when I hit my 20s, I can not believe I use to be able to lay out for 2 hours and do nothing as a teen, I get antsy if I just sit outside for 5minutes, lol.
I’m a fidgeter, which is good, I’m burning calories when I fidget, lol.
Tommorow is baseball practice and a cub scout hike of 2miles in the afternoon, suppose to be 80 tommorow, I love warm weather, I come alive in warm weather, when its cold I’m like a slug that growls. Yes I growl in cold weather or when someone has the nerve to try and bum a piece of my gum, its my gum and I do not like sharing it. Its extra pear berry gum and yes I’m addicted to it, and don’t ask me for a piece I’ll probably growl at you.

I always enjoy reading your workouts… they are inspiring. I’m fidgety too… but somehow it never helps to keep me skinny. lol

By GUM, I think that’s a pretty good w/o Kermane. Legs twice a week…..killer. But dadGUMmit, why so stingy? You’re GUMming up the works with all your friends. Maybe you could share you GUMmy Bears instead?

I’m had the same thing today. Did legs on MONDAY then again today and my ass and hammies still hurt!
I’ll leave the gum thing alone. It could be trouble.

Looks like we are suffering/enjoying the pain together. Yesterday was my leg day and i think they reported me for abuse. says a little something about the mindset of individuals that relish in the pain of a morning after workout. As much as it hurts, it makes me smile…….can I get a witness on this???

Kimberly-you can have some bubblegum, but not my gum, lol.
Al-I keep bubble gum in my purse so if a friend hits me up, I give that to them, not MY gum though, lol.
Crab-good thing, its my gum. GROWL
Ledford and Wayne-yes I punished them and in a couple weeks when they’re in a bikini they will appreciate all the punishment.
