Ballgames, Chilli and a death
That was my weekend. 2 ballgames on Saturday, one in the morning, one in the late afternoon, both games my little guy hit the ball, he was so proud of himself and I was of him too for trying his best.
Sunday my hubby made his chilli, nice and spicy they way I like it, the hotter the better baby, just don’t come around us when we eat it, let’s just say its a little smelly after we eat it, lol. Sunday night they killed my favorite character off of Desperate Housewives, Edie Brit. I loved her, she told it like it was and lived life to the fullest, so no more watching it for me, she was the only reason I watched it, everyone else is boooooooooorrrrrrrrinnnng!
Today was my cardio only day, I was on a mission
20min HIIT on rbike: 512 calories burned! My quads were on fire, and I smelled bad due to all the sweat.
For good measure later I did 45min ss cardio on my treadmill with hills, anything to help my glutes. One thing Nicollete Sheridan has(she played Edie) is an awesome ass so in that’s my goal to have an Edie Brit Ass!!
Today we are supposed to have ball practice but it is rainy and dreary here, no rain right now so if we have practice the field will be a mess and my kiddo will need a good scrubbing. Tommorow I am setting my alarm to get my Edie Brit Ass in the making up to get some early cardio done.

I had to up the resistance and increase my pedalling action at a harder resistance, plus I had ankle weights on too, just wanted to get the heart rate up as high as I could get it.
