Killer leg day
Whew man did my leg day wipe me out. I worked them hard today, got to get them ready for swimsuit season.
Suppose to be in the 70s here today, which is good my son has a ballgame tonight, hopefully no killer chilly wind like last week.

Also did 35min ss cardio after to loosen up my legs so DOMS don’t hit me until tommorow, which will be another day with ballgames. Its amazing to me that he is in 1st grade and we have baseball tournaments??? A game at 10am, a game at 4pm.
I was wiped out after my weight workout, heck just walking on a hill after killed me. Hopefully I built some nice muscle today.
Hopefully this weekend is awesome weather wise and the kiddo and I get out on our bikes. Can’t believe how close summer is!

My entire lower body is sore, sore, sore from yesterday’s leg w/o. Hopefully you will be too tomorrow…….You definitely should be! Great job Kermane.

Yes and this is just a taste of what to expect when he’s older ballgame wise, as long as he has fun I don’t care.

That’s what I thought, but the "s" at the end was confusing me… I kept thinking you were saying… straight leg dead lift squats!
And I kept thinking how do you do a dead lift squat?! lmao
