Which muscle group is your strongest?
For me its my legs. They can move weight that my upper body just can’t handle and probably never will. I seriously doubt I’ll be ever to ever move 450lbs with my upper body, but I can with my legs on a leg press.
Now they’re not my favorite looking part because I’m a pear. When I’m lazy and have a big old "what’s the use party" and eat like a piggy then they along with my hips, and ass get the fat. Nobody’s fault but my own, no excuses, no "Oh I’ve been sick, oh I’m anemic right now, heck I didn’t even use "oh I’m having chemotherapy" as an excuse", no if they get flabby it just has to do with my conviction and will power.
I worked them yesterday and they’re thanking me today by having DOMS. But they like that feeling they really do. Secretly they long to look like my upper body, no fat, muscle that shows no problem so the more I abuse them the happier they are.

Today will be 30min of HIIT on my ellpictical.
Yesterday I took my little one to an dino egg hunt. Thankfully there were no insane parents like I’ve seen at other ones, you know running over the little ones to help their kiddos get eggs. Today is his 1st pitching machine game, hopefully it goes well, he tends to beat himself up if he doesn’t hit the ball when the machine throws it at him.
High of 51, game is at 5pm, I see several layers of clothes in our future.

That’s quite a leg w/o. I used to hate working legs cause I would get nauseaus and had to stop before I puked. But now, that is one of my favorites. Since i started taking glutamine, I don’t even get sore, where before i would be sore for days. Leaves me wanting more. Good job. THE A TEAM.

Absolutely my legs. If anyone can bench, curl or military press what they can squat, they might consider spending more time on legs.

Lots o’ leg work. You really do a lot of volume. That’s why I wrote that you could squat that woman

Even though I have a bad knee I guess my legs are still the strongest. especially my calves.
Took my little ones to an Easter egg hunt once and was shocked at the behavior of so called mature adults. I actually saw kids thrown to the ground by adults over a stupid colored egg. Disgusting!!

I think legs are also my favorite bodypart, and to offset DOMS, I suck down glutamine like there’s no tomorrow.

I so wish I could bench what I can squat.

How did your son do with the pitching machine?
My bottom half is definitely my strongest. To have a strong upper body would be nice!

Bottom half for me too.

Ruben-I love glutamine, helps a bunch doesn’t it?
Crab-Exactly they need to step up the leg work then
Brad-Thanks!
Bryan-Some of the parents apparently have forgotten its about the kiddos not them.
China-I do glutamine prior to my workout and after, it helps lessen the pain that’s for sure.
Ryan-Could you imagine how huge your pecs would be if you could bench what you could squat?
Shannon-He did great! He actually hit the ball both times up to bat, 1st time was a foul but second time he got to third before he got tagged out.
Veronique-We have some strong legs don’t we?

Does he feel less intimidated now? My daughter will be up against a pitching machine for baseball and I wonder how she’ll react.

I think he does, now that he survived it and didn’t get taken out by a ball with it. I think the noise is what freaked him out the most.
