Evidently I like pain
Because I worked my legs today. The left glute/ham area is lots better today but the right isn’t but I still worked it. I can move my right hand alot more today, yesterday it would take me a couple times to get a good hold on my fork. Luckily I wasn’t starving yesterday or I’d just given up, stuck my food on the plate and ate like a dog, lol.
So today I did my legs, no abs because well they worked so hard on Sunday keeping my ass upright I gave them a break. My weights were lower than what I’d normally try but still good.

20min of nothing to write home about cardio on my treadmill, not quite ready for intervals on it yet, and since sitting still bugs me no rbike, should’ve done ellpictical but I’m obsessed with getting mileage on my treadmill.
Last night my dvr went insane, acted like it was recording 2 programs but only saved one, I’ll see what happens tonight, its a cable box dvr so if it does again tonight I will assume its going bad. Thankfully I walked in and watched Heros and saw Tracy’s fantastic death scene, too cool and is she really dead?

Good job Kermane, just putting the ole bod through its paces. That’ll help get the soreness worked out. I’ll bet you come back tomorrow for a killer workout.
