And what to my wondering eyes appear?

So I was checking myself out in my closet mirror and what did I see?? Quad muscles poking out, no not my hamstrings, but darn it, if you build them,they will show! Or at least I’m hoping. My quads showed and I was really trying to flex them, just standing there.

ONce upon time they were weaker than my hammies, I think I ignored my hammies and killed my quads, now to maintain the quads and kill the hammies.

Today was just cardio:

20min intervals on treadmill, no sprint, why? Because I have DOMS, lol, but I didn’t want my legs getting uber bad, so I still did the treadmill.

35min ss cardio on rbike.

So yesterday it was 72 today its 51, I want the 70 degree weather again. Who do I have to beat on to get my 70 degree weather again? Bob??? I’ll beat on him tommorow.

I need to check the bikes out and see if we have any flat tires, my ds and I love to bike ride in warm weather. Since my adventures in strength training, I can now get up the big old hill on the bike path without stopping, riding my bike the whole way, must be the quads

I’ve gotten a gallon of water in so far, 1/2 gallon to go. My poor bladder never gets to rest since I started this challenge with Shannon.

    Doesn’t that feel awesome?? Good for you! I noticed a new muscle in the mirror recently and I wasn’t even sure what it was…..I had to look at a bodybuilding anatomy chart to even find out what it’s name was. Man that was fun.

    You’re gonna need an empty gallon jug & tubing. Put in a catheter for mobile restroom while biking. :D
