Just Dance
I can not get that song out of my head, and its a good idea if you think about it. If stress is getting to you just dance around like a loon in your living room, your kids will either love it or think you’ve gone off the deep end. My son and I dance in the car, I wonder if people see us shaking our upper bodies and think we are having some kind of fit?
Oh well, maybe then they’ll stay out of my way.
So my legs are ok today, now tommorow i expect soreness out the wazzoo, it usually takes me 2 days to get DOMS and I worked them uber hard yesterday. Its beautiful here, almost 70 but supposedly going to be in the 40s this weekend. We found a pitching machine for a reasonable price, my son is freaking out about how fast they seem to come out, and it freaks me out too. I could see, if you didn’t like someone and you had a high quality pitching machine, speeding it up and aiming for their face and killing them.
Today was chest day and I had some pbs!

I got a baseball glove for the first time in my life and we tried it out yesterday, I think I"m a freak of nature, my left hand is stronger even though I’m right handed, and I want to catch right handed, my right hand has better control, but I’m sure I’ll get used to it.
Also tried the pitching machine and I suck at hitting, I mean suck, thankfully my son takes after my husband and not I when it comes to hitting.

LOL… My daughters and I dance around the house ALL the time! Everytime the hubby sees us, he just shakes his head and walks away!
We all pretend we are PCD’s and see who can shake their booty the best

Hmmm, do I really want to plant that visual in my daughters’ heads? This 47 yr old white boy dancing his 70’s & 80’s style? They’re either scarred for life……or replaying that mental tape for parental mocking during their adolescence.
Cool that you’re willing to get a glove & get out there to play ball, even if it’s not your strong suit.

My left side is also stronger than my right even though I’m right handed.
I’m considering taking an adult beginner dance class in my pursuit of becoming the oldest PCD.

I only ever manage to dance the drunken stumble and that is definitely not a pretty sight!
Good thing I very rarely drink

Vernoique-if I could sing I’d be right there with you trying out, lol.
Ryan-that’s a good thing. I know my hubby’s friend when he would drink, would stand and move his arms similiar to Elaine from Seinfield, it was hysterical.
