Perfect squats
that was the goal today when I worked legs, everything nice and parallel and controlled. First off its beautiful here, 65 degrees, though it feels like rain, I’m keeping my fingers crossed no more snow!
Today I did circuits

Also did 35min ss cardio in my fat suit on my treadmill. Its probably a good thing no one works out with me especially when I wear my fat suit, the sweat is flinging off of me, all over the place I can just imagine being at a gym and flinging sweat all over my cardio neighbors causing them to trip and fall on the treadmill.
I’ve also decided even if someone rings my doorbell while I"m on the treadmill in my fat suit, I’m not opening the door, can you imagine ringing my doorbell and here I am in my fat suit with sweat flinging off me as I move???
Ok I guess it depends on who is at the door and whether I like them or not. ROFLMAO
Waiting on my buffmom friends to give a jingle to let me know they are here in OHio. I can’t drive to Columbus to meet them though until my hubby is home to be with the kiddo. I’m so excited a girls weekend so to speak. I don’t do those to often, I feel like a high schooler waiting on someone to call and ask me to go to the dance with them.
