Where is the nice weather?
Its leaving Ohio that’s for sure. Winds that knocked down powerlines, went from 54 to 32 in like an hour it seems. I know its still February, but darn when you have several days of 60 degree weather you start thinking spring is coming, then wham!
busy, busy day. Big thing today was cleaning my turtles’ tank. Wonder how many calories I burn doing that, it takes like an hour, have to burn something.
Anyhow I did:30min fasted intervals on ellpictical
Later I did:
5min of beating on Bob(I think he and my turtle are plotting to get me, lol)

I’ve become obsessed with making my miles rack up on the treadmill. So I’m trying to get some treadmill time each day.
Today was a Valentines party at my childs school. Its so cute watching them give each other valentines.
suppose to stay cold now, hopefully no snow.

and that weather my dear, is why i left Ohio 23 years ago and haven’t looked back since! it’s always in the 60’s in San Diego, thought i’d tease you with that!

emdubya67-I’d move in a heartbeat to somewhere warm but my hubby likes Ohio, when I’m old and retired I’m definitely moving, I’d move to the Bahamas(more incentive to be in shape)

The warm weather is in florida. Definitely.
I will only be enjoyin it for one more day, sadly….
Then its back north where the snow and winds are.

Hey Kermane, I finally got around to putting my boxing bag up after living in this house for almost a year. I am thinking of drawing a smiley face on it and calling it AussieBob

FL’s nice now, but HOT & HUMID for mths & mths. I know…..I grew up in Orlando. Not even ocean breeze in summer. I love it here in NC. All 4 seasons, but not extreme winters or summers.
I won’t tell ya the weather we’ve had the past few days…..though it will be cooler & rainy this weekend.

Probably in the 80s I bet since it was in the 60s here. I think I could handle Florida ok, though I’m thinking Bahamas sounds awesome.
