Missed the mailman while taking my shower. Was expecting a package thought I’d be fine to take my shower since he usually comes around noon, today he came around 11am apparently. I feel like an idiot. My doorbell has been taken down because I"ve needed a new battery. So he knocked and my child who was playing on his computer did not hear and I didn’t hear while in the shower.
So I had to call and kiss some arse to make sure its delivered tommorow. Went out and got a battery for the doorbell and hooked it all back up. UGH!
I feel like I"m functioning on 60% of my brain right now while I fight off this crud, apparently that’s not enough to function normally.

WOW that is a ‘light’ workout??!!! Girl your bad@ss!!! Way to workout dispite not feeling good!!
So where I live…in basically ‘nowheresville’ Canada…its safe enough to leave our doors unlocked pretty much all the time…so my mailman just opens the door and slides my packages in!! YAYAYAY!! I have never missed a bb.com order yet!!
So the upside of living here…lmao The down side is ‘location location location’ as far as getting better photo shoots and opportunities for acting and modeling! (also a goal! lol)

Glad to see you qualified your opening comment "Missed the mailman while taking my shower". That could have led to more interesting comments.
Great job grinding out the w/o when not feeling well. Your body may respond by throwing off the crud sooner. At least you’ll feel better mentally. Have a great w/e.

Thanks Storm. Here I could probably leave my door unlocked because the police station is on the next street over but I’m use to having it locked from where I grew up.
Al-I figured that, so I tried to clarify. I’m hoping my body fights it off, been in bed early the past couple nights and tonight is looking like that too.

Shannon, think of a dog peeing on a fire hydrant, tuck a dumbbell behind your knee and go at it, works the hip flexors and glutes in a different way. Saw them a long time ago on one of my Mother’s exercise videos, I like doing them now and then to mix things up.

That’s cool. I like doing different things like that. I’m going to go try that after I write this, LOL.
I do a DB hamstring curl where I have the DB between my feet and I lay on my stomach on a bench and do the curls that way. I hate the machine, so for me it’s a better alternative to that.
