Trudging thru snow has to burn extra calories? Right?
I loathe snow, and we got a lot of last night. So I’ve been telling myself that I’m burning extra calories has I trudge thru it.
This weekend I had the flu, the kind where you’re freezing and the toliet is your best friend, where you feel like you have a hangover only you weren’t drinking last night? Know what I mean.
I felt better today so I worked out, did my fasted cardio this morning
30min HIIT on rbike
And later I did:
10min wu on ellpictical
circuits
clean & Jerk
42×8x3
inverted pullups
8×3
upright rows
50×8x3
shoulder press
20×8x3
Pendley rows
60×8x3
inverted chinups
8×3
seated rows
90×8x3
military press
15×8x3
10min cooldown on ellpictical.
Then off trudging thru the dreaded white stuff and I found a movie I’ve been trying to find: The Descent. I was so excited I didn’t want to order it online and pay shipping etc. So now I can clean it off my dvr.
I’ve noticed I’m a sweating machine today, not sure if that’s the flu still or the hydroxycut, hopefully some fat is leaving in the sweat.

Sorry you’re under the weather (pardon the pun), Kermane. Pretty good workout for feeling crappy. Kudos for your toughness. You are The Terminator.
Man I’m so glad I’m in NC…..no snow trudging, just occasional dustings, usually. Hope you keep sweating like a big dog today & break that flu.

I think its almost gone, I can deal with the flu, now when I get a cold I’m so grumpy. I’m jealous you don’t have to deal with snow.
