					<description>Great gracious Kermane!  You're trying not to overdo cardio on leg day......yet you did HIIT &amp;amp;#38;amp; SS cardio BEFORE hitting the legs?  You must be training to be a Navy Seal or something.     ;)  

With this regimen, I can't wait to see the super hot hardbody you're going to be at the end of your challenge.</description>
