Killer legs, backed up basement and dead stove
Today was legs, first I started out with
30min fasted HIIT on rbike
10min fasted ss on ellpictical.
Later:
5min beating on Bob
circuits no breaks
squats
135×8x3
standing leg curls
40×8x3
sumo squats
125×8x3
laying one legged curls
45×8x3
butt squats
115×8x3
froggy leg curls
55×8x3
hack squats
105×8x3
regular leg curls
85×8x3
5min stretching.
Then my washer backed up out of a drain in my basement and I had water everywhere, and well other nasty things, there I was in my snow boots, plunging like a mad woman and I couldn’t get it all down, had to call someone to come and clean the darn drain, and well lets just say it was nasty.
So I get to scrub my basement floor tommorow, but my pipes are working. While the guy was here doing that, my oven died. I knew it would soon but why in the Hell did it choose today?????
Tommorow double cardio, I’m trying not to over do cardio on leg days. Diet has been good, though today if there had been sweet food in the house I would’ve eaten it, I was stressing big time.

Great gracious Kermane! You’re trying not to overdo cardio on leg day……yet you did HIIT & SS cardio BEFORE hitting the legs? You must be training to be a Navy Seal or something.
With this regimen, I can’t wait to see the super hot hardbody you’re going to be at the end of your challenge.

Well I did that cardio about 5am, and legs weren’t until around 1130am, so they were rested, lol.
