Of course I’m hoping my bodyweight will drop by that day. Woke up with my old shoulder injury flaring away but it was chest day so I worked it, just not as heavy at first to warm the shoulder up some.

Ate so bad yesterday: pizza, biscuits, big serving of rice, cookies, M & Ms, beer. I’m nice and squishy for my before pics for the start of the Hydroxycut $100,000 contest. Not to mention taking my NO explode.
Shoulder is achy, we had a big drop in temps here last night. I was so hyped up on the junk food I couldn’t get to sleep until 130am. My body was in shock. Back to eating clean and working it hard.

I took a break & chowed down on lots of junk & sweets last night, at a friend’s get together. My stomach let me know that it doesn’t like that after eating clean. A good motivator for yours truly. I was home & in bed b4 the new yr. No midnight madness here.

Going to practice making my belly stick out before I take them. In bed before midnight? I struggled staying awake then I couldn’t get to sleep, so you had the right idea.

Wow that’s a lot of sets for your chest! I take it you have the whole day dedicated to just chest. Do you do this once a week, or do you do chest work on other days too? (I’m desperately searching for an improved chest workout… It’s my worst body part by far.)

one week I work back 2x a week, the next week I work chest 2x a week, I always do legs 2x a week. I do this 2 weeks out of the month when I’m trying to build some muscle.
