Missed the mailman while taking my shower. Was expecting a package thought I’d be fine to take my shower since he usually comes around noon, today he came around 11am apparently. I feel like an idiot. My doorbell has been taken down because I"ve needed a new battery. So he knocked and my child who was playing on his computer did not hear and I didn’t hear while in the shower.
So I had to call and kiss some arse to make sure its delivered tommorow. Went out and got a battery for the doorbell and hooked it all back up. UGH!
I feel like I"m functioning on 60% of my brain right now while I fight off this crud, apparently that’s not enough to function normally.

Some cold meds have that effect on me, even daytime nyquil. Been taking it and benadryl, vitamin C, zicam, airbornne, l-lysine. Can you tell I’m trying to fight it off?
I know I’m not feeling well for 2 reasons: I could literally go to sleep(I never sleep good, I like Al suffer from waking up all night long), and 2. I am not hungry.
I’m rarely not hungry. But I’ve been eating. I took yesterday as a rest day and today I did do some HIIT.
30min HIIT on my rbike.
I start getting antsy when I miss workouts, feeling guilty and all. I really want to hit my legs tommorow. Hoping after a good nights rest I will be raring to go.
No snow here today, took me 30minutes to clean my car of ice and snow, then I had to hack away at ice and snow that was behind my tires to get out of my drive way. Oh the joys of winter. NOT!
I watched Biggest loser and was pleased that Dan has lost over 100lbs. His partner on the other is slacking, I hope he proves me wrong but I don’t think he will lose that much weight for the finale. Everyone kicked some butt losing weight, which was awesome to see. I’d like to think if I only had one thing to do: work out for 6 hours a day, that even I could lose weight, lol.

So I’ve been looking at profile pics on here. We’re snowed in, I have a sick child and I’m under the weather, so what do you expect?
Taking today as a rest day and hoping I don’t get my kiddos illness, its nasty.
Anyhow I’ve been looking at profile pics and realized my pic looks like a school teacher pic compared to some I’ve seen. I’m clothed, nothing is hanging out and I’m not bent over shoving the girls together or bent over in heels.
I just can’t imagine posting a pic like that. I’d be mortified if my child saw it or my spouse. And I currently get pretty tame lewd pms now, can’t imagine if my avi looked like that.
Not that some of the guys pics are tame. I had someone send me a pic of themself with a towel strategically placed covering his manhood. I cracked up laughing, and deleted it.
So I’m curious if having pics that are that revealing result in some very outrageous pms of if I’m just over analyzing the whole thing, again I’m a little loopy on cold/flu medicine so that’s possible. Good thing I’m not drinking any booze with the stuff I’d be quite funny.

Tonight I get to meet a lovely lady who goes by BuffmotherWW on here. I met her on another website. We’ve known each other over 2 years from that site, this will be our physical meeting. Man I hope I don’t disappoint. You know I don’t want her to go "OMG what a cow, she works out???"
I met several friends from that site last year at the Arnold. Hoping to get to meet them again and maybe some new ones this year. I guess there are some advanatages to living in Ohio where it is held.
Due some delays this morning, no fasted cardio. For some reason I didn’t want to crawl out of my nice warm bed to head into my 40 degree basement this morning. Hopefully I’ll do better tommorow.

I hurt my right shoulder in a car wreck when I was teenager. It flares up with weird changes in the weather. Well we had that this weekend, Saturday was 45 degrees today is like 19 degrees, but I worked my chest and tris anyhow. I’ve found if I lower the weight and don’t baby it, it works itself out better than if I baby it.
Today I got up and did some fasted cardio: 30min ss in sauna suit on ellpictical

Burnt my 500 calories during HIIT and some. I wish I didn’t have to do cardio but its a necessary evil, I have no thyroid gland, no cardio means I balloon up quickly, just something I need to not fight and accept and get the cardio done.
So my friend gives me these books to read, and lets just say I’m really surprised by her preferred reading material, supernatural romances. I have never been a romance book girl, ever, not even as a teen. So I find myself giggling at some things they say. She’s such a good friend I read them, figured its good to expand my reading beyond the horror and mystery section now and then.

that was me yesterday. And man I love that song by Eminem, it really hits home for me. So I was singing it while I cleaned out my closets. I must confess I have held on to 2 pairs of my fat pants.
I don’t know why, security blanket maybe??? But they are gone now. At my heaviest I wore a tight 14 now I wear a 7, so why hang on to those 14s, was there part of me who doubts my progress?? That’s the conversation I had with myself.
Am I not the woman who when I first heard Dirty by Christina Aguilera and she sang tight hip huggers low for show who said "yes that will be me, I will be able to wear those hip huggers with pride" Am I not the woman who for a contest on another site ate clean for 12 weeks while her family indulged in pizza, cookies, birthday cakes.
Am I not the woman wo was pissed that she killed herself in discipline for that contest and some people who went whined about how out of shape and fat they were??? Did that not push me to enter the hydroxycut contest here and their big one???
Yes that was me, so those pants are gone, along with huge shapless tshirts. I have a killer back now, getting to be like LInda Hamiltons in Terminator 2 and I need to show that.
And cleaning out my closets I found some cute sweats I forgot I had. You know the ones with writing on the butt. Well my butt looks far better now so I’m going to wear them with pride.

That’s what the drain guy asked, actually he asked how my husband liked lifting at home and I told him that it was my stuff and my dh didn’t lift with me, though I’d love it if he would. Then he was amazed.
I had to move my Oly bar out of the way for his big old plumber snake machine thing and I did it with one hand no problem with 40lbs of weight on it. He sucked in his breath and said "Damn you must be a lot stronger than you look"
Uh yes I am, its winter here and I’m layered in clothes because I’m a cheap ass and turn the heat down when I’m by myself. He was a decent sized man and I thought about saying "how much do you weigh? I might be able to squat you if you don’t weigh more the 230lbs(my highest weight I’ve ever done).
But I didn’t I was good. Today was just cardio started out with my

later after cleaning my house(why does it insist on getting dirty) and doing some laundry now that drain appears to be working I did some ss cardio in my sauna suit.
I feel like a UFC fighter when I wear it trying to reach my weight class to fight, lol.
I did 60min ss on my treadmill, I"m up to 879 miles. I’m hoping to be damn close to 900 by February 1st so I need to kick my own arse to make sure I make that.
I did my 500 calories with hit, just upped the resistance big time on the rbike. Then I burnt a ton of calories on my treadmill which is good, yesterday some chocolate chip cookie dough smacked me down and hopped into my mouth.
ROFLMAO.

A clogged drain that is. Had a plumber out here 2 weeks ago, its been running fine for 2 weeks and now wham, washing machine water all over the basement floor. Scared to take a shower and use the bathroom, because well I don’t want more nasty things on the basement floor besides water.
So here I sit. I realize I’m not a priority this is just warranty work for them, I believe my check covered me for 90 days of service if I had issues with the same drain. But I do have a child who gets out of school in a couple hours, so I’ve called them.
Now I’m probably the nag. I hate being called a nag. You know when you remind someone of something and they say "quit nagging me" UGH.
Well I did get 20min fasted cardio in on the rbike today.
Plus my chest workout before my life got clogged in the drain.

I know there isn’t. But I wish there was. My legs are taking forever, and I mean to forever to lose the fat on my hamstrings and glutes. If I had money for it I’d get lipo I"m so frustrated with that area.
I have in my head tiny saddlebags back there, though I know they don’t look like saddlebags usually do, I loathe them!
Today I couldn’t get up and get fasted cardio in. The bed was far too warm.
I worked my legs today, I tried to abuse them good for being stubborn. Plus I’m doing No Explode for the next 2 weeks, along with my usual hydroxycut max I was like the energizer bunny.

300 calories doing that. I’m disappointed I didn’t get my fasted cardio in, I’ve been trying to do 500 calories a day like Shannon was now she’s doing 600, she’s a machine.
so any pointers on how to get my lower half to look like I want? I lift with legs 2x a week and do cardio 4 to 6 days a week a minimum of 20minutes up to 50minutes.

I swear I am. There’s a reason I’ve only went to 2 step classes in my life, because I’m a clutz. Its amazing I haven’t broken a bone, thankfully I have strong bones. Today while putting groceries away in the fridge after putting something in the above freezer I stood up, knocked my head on the freezer door and scraped the Hell out of my back.
Any other time if I wanted that darn freezer door to stay open it would close itself. Its like it was waiting, saw its opportunity and attacked me for being mean to it, LOL

it warmed up here, its in the 20s, feels great compared to all the stupid negative temps we had. I’m already prone to be cold from hypothyroidism so I really dislike extra cold. You will not see me join the Polar Bear Club.
Was a big zombie movie fest this weekend: Dawn of the Dead, Resident Evil 1,2,3, 28 days later and 28 weeks later. And of course I found time to watch The Descent again, lol. Those creatures are freaking looking like zombies.
